Povzetek
Interno komuniciranje ima zelo velik pomen v vsakem podjetju. Zaposleni so ključen dejavnik uspešnega podjetja, ki lahko učinkovito, uspešno in motivirano delajo, če so seznanjeni s poslanstvom, vizijo in cilji podjetja in če delujejo skladno z njimi ter če pridobivajo povratne informacije o uspešnosti svojega dela in imajo možnost posredovati svoje predloge.
Uspešno interno komuniciranje je proces, ki se ne oblikuje sam od sebe. Potrebno je spoznati celotno področje, vrste in orodja internega komuniciranja, kar bo prvi korak, s katerim bomo sprožili proces vzpostavitve sistema internega komuniciranja v podjetju Okolje Piran, d.o.o.
V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo se seznanili s pomenom, cilji in vrstami internega komuniciranja, spoznali pomen, prednosti in slabosti vsakega izmed orodij internega komuniciranja ter proučili možnosti spremembe internega komuniciranja.
V empiričnem delu naloge smo s poglobljenimi intervjuji vodij sektorjev analizirali stanje internega komuniciranja v podjetju. Na osnovi ugotovitev obstoječega stanja smo določili področje izboljšav, izdelali predlog ustreznih vrst in orodij internega komuniciranja ter predstavili predlog aktivnosti za izboljšanje internega komuniciranja.

In every company internal communication is of great importance. Employees are a key factor of a successful enterprise. In fact, they can be efficient, work successfully and are motivated if well-informed with the mission, vision, and the aims of the enterprise if they work in conformity with them, and if they get the feedback on their efficiency at work and if they have a possibility to forward their suggestions.
Successful internal communication is a process that is not formed by itself. Therefore, It is necessary to get to know the whole sphere of internal communication its types and tools since this is the first step in the process of establishment of the system of internal communication within the Okolje Piran, d.o.o. enterprise.
In the theoretical part of the thesis we have dealt with the importance, objectives, and types of internal communication. We learnt about the advantages and disadvantages of each of the tools of internal communication and studied the possibilities of changes in internal communication.
In the empirical part of the thesis detailed interviews carried out with the heads of sectors on the situation of internal communication in the company were analysed. On the basis of the results of the existing situation we defined the area of improvements, made a proposal for suitable types and tools of internal communication, and presented a proposal of activities for improvement of internal communication. |
