Povzetek
Sodelavci, ki gojijo dobre medsebojne odnose na delovnem mestu, pogosteje čutijo sprejetost v timu, kar vpliva tudi na njihovo zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu. Dobri odnosi in zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu vplivajo na kvaliteto opravljenega dela. V magistrskem delu proučujemo vpliv medsebojnih odnosov med zaposlenimi v domovih za starostnike na zadovoljstvo stanovalcev in vpliv medsebojnih odnosov med zaposlenimi na kvaliteto dela.
Namen: Namen raziskave je proučiti vpliv medsebojnih odnosov med zaposlenimi na zadovoljstvo stanovalcev v instituciji. Raziskavo med zaposlenimi in stanovalci v Domu Danice Vogrinec Maribor smo izvedli z namenom ugotoviti stopnjo zadovoljstva stanovalcev v instituciji in proučiti odvisnost zadovoljstva od medsebojnega razumevanja med zaposlenimi.
Metodologija: V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo uporabili metodo študija literature in deskriptivno metodo, s pomočjo katerih smo zbrali in povzeli teoretične in praktične ugotovitve iz relevantne literature. Podatke, potrebne za raziskavo, smo pridobili z izvedeno anonimno anketo v Domu Danice Vogrinec Maribor. Raziskovalni vzorec je zajemal 147 anketirancev, od tega je bilo 73 stanovalcev doma in 74 zaposlenih v Domu. Pri analizi zbranih podatkov smo uporabili binomski test, eno-vzorčni dvostranski t-test in izračun frekvence. Analizo ankete smo vizualno predstavili z grafi.
Rezultati: Pridobljeni rezultati v empiričnem delu odražajo zadovoljstvo stanovalcev v instituciji. Glede na mnenje stanovalcev slabši odnos med zaposlenimi ne vpliva na slabši odnos zaposlenih do stanovalcev. Sodelujoči zaposleni opažajo vpliv medsebojnih odnosov med zaposlenimi na zadovoljstvo stanovalcev.

The impact of interpersonal relationships between employers on the satisfaction of residents |

Co-workers with good interrelations in their work environment more often feel accepted in a team, which influences their contentment at work. Good relationships and contentment at work impact the quality of their work. In this master’s thesis we studied the impact of employees’ interrelations at the residential homes for the elderly on the contentment of the residents and the impact of employees’ relationships on the quality of the work.
Purpose: The purpose of the research is to study the impact of employees’ interrelations on the contentment of the residents in the institution. We made a research between the employees and the residents at the residential home for the elderly Dom Danica Vogrinec Maribor. We wanted to observe the level of the residents’ contentment in the institution and study whether the residents’ contentment and interrelations of the employees are related.
Methodology: In theoretical part of the thesis we used the descriptive method and the literature based research method. We collected and summarized the theoretical and practical findings from the relevant literature with the help of the mentioned methods. We collected the information for research with the anonymous questionnaire at the residential home Dom Danice Vogrinec Maribor. The research pattern included 147 interviewees, 73 residents and 74 employees. Binomial test, one sample t-test and frequency calculation were used to analyse the information. The analysis is visually presented on graphs.
Results: The results are showing the contentment of the residents in the empirical part. The residents think that bad interrelations between the employees do not impact the behaviour of the employees to the residents. The employees see the impact of interrelations between the employees on the contentment of the residents. |
