Sekundarni povzetek: | Mortgage in slovenian law represen one of the most powerful and affective insurance in claims of creditors. We know several types of mortgages, which variations are reflected in establishink them. Differences also occur later during any transfer, introduction and deletion of mortgages. I will present the difference between the contracted and forced mortgage with perceptions have legal theory and juriprudence. I will also present the legal procedure of real estate of debtor, because the spirit of mortgage is its enforcement. I will also present objections that creditors can expect in the eforcement of mortgages and the expected impact. |
