Abstract

Robotski manipulator nato ločuje dobre in slabe izdelke.

Secondary title: Dedicated machine automation by a robot manipulator and machine vision
Secondary abstract: This postgraduate thesis presents a modified dedicated processing machine. Machine automatically captures semi-products by a robotic manipulator which places them onto the machining table where mechanical processing is carried out. After mechanical machining, the built-in measuring system checks the depths of bore drills with the aid of a touch-probe. Final quality control is done by computer vision. Good and bad products are then separated by a robotic manipulator. Machine tracks and records analytics data about used electricity and compressed air for each processed product.
