Abstract
Cilj diplomskega dela je preučiti pogostost promocijskega umeščanja izdelkov na osnovi slovenskih in ameriških filmov. Izbrani vzorec filmov obsega takšne, ki vsebujejo prve primerke promocijskega umeščanja izdelkov in segajo v leto 1920, do novejših, ki segajo v leto 2017. V sklopu prikritega oglaševanja in promocijskega umeščanja izdelkov so preučeni in razloženi zakoni, ki na teh področjih veljajo v Sloveniji ter Združenih državah Amerike.

The aim of the thesis is to examine frequency of product placement contained in Slovenian and American movies. Movies contained in research include those from the early stages of product placement, starting with 1920, as well as new ones from year 2017. Regarding the law of advertising and product placement, acts valid in Slovenia and USA will be presented. |
