Secondary abstract: | Changes related to IT and communication technology development incur changes in the society and, at the same time, make it a challenge to find other ways of acquiring knowledge and searching for information. In this thesis we wanted to design a structured knowledge base which will enable the user to critically evaluate a selected e-learning program and provide feedback in case of issues. Educational institutions find it increasingly difficult to adapt and keep track of different methods of accepting information, which applies mostly to young generations. One of the solutions is creating new e-learning services which we can’t even imagine. These new services will help e-learning adapt to the needs of the learners and offer them a chance to develop individually and to use the given information to create new knowledge for their innovative solutions. |
