Abstract
Ker se tempo življenja spreminja tako za posameznike kot za podjetja, je pomembno, da se oboji zavedajo pomena inovacij, ki nas obkrožajo. Obstoječe novosti delujejo kot podlaga za ustvarjanje novih inovacij v prihodnosti. Strategije, ki jih podjetja in njegovi managerji izbirajo, imajo na inovativnost pomemben vpliv. Proces ustvarjanja inovacij je izredno kompleksen proces in zajema celovito obravnavo s premislekom o organizacijski strukturi in kulturi, pomenu učenja in izobraževanja zaposlenih, pomenu pridobivanja in vzdrževanja kreativnih strokovnjakov ter ustrezno nagrajevanje inovacijskih projektov. Ker je okolje, v katerem živimo, kompleksno, nevarno in izjemno tekmovalno, sta nalogi celotnega osebja v organizaciji prilagodljivost in velika toleranca za tveganje.

Due to high tempo we're living in, it's important to understand current techologies and innovation both on individual and organisational levels. Things that are novelty today work as a foundation for innovation in the future, so better we get used to it, adapt and turn them to our advantage. Managers are in charge to pick right strategies, those that increase level of innovations in the company they're working in. Innovation is very complex and broad process which consists of: comprehensive evaluation of organizational culture and structure, importance of continuous learning, importance of sourcing and nourturing high level experts in the field of innovation and right strategies for reward programs. Because we live in very turbulent, complex, dangerous and extremely competitive environment, employers and employees must be very flexible and have a high risk tolerance. |
