Abstract

Maščobe in maščobne kisline imajo pomembno vlogo v naši prehrani. Pogosto se pojavljajo tudi kot sestavina prehranskih dopolnil. Publikacija zato opredeljuje njihov pomen, sestavo, način pridobivanja in vlogo v prehranskih dopolnilih na slovenskem trgu.
