Abstract

Secondary title: Structural design and analogue control of heating table for 3D printing with an industrial robot ABB IRB 1200
Secondary abstract: Creating three-dimensional physical objects is easy today, from designing a product in a program to making a product on a CNC machine, which is a classic method. Today, however, 3D printers are mostly used when we want a polymer product. Currently, the most widely used FDM (fused deposition modeling) technology is printing with supplementary material. There are several types of accessories on the market, the most common are ABS and PLA and printing with these requires the use of a heating table, which is usually 220x220 mm in size, which greatly limits the size of the printed objects. Using such four square panels and electrically wired for heating would increase the workspace, which will be used in 3D printing application using ABB's IRB 1200 robot.
