Abstract

Začeli smo z raziskavo standardnih komponent prijemala in izdelavo modela. Ko smo zdizajnirali model in izdelali načrte, smo jih dali v izdelavo in sestavili v celoto. Na koncu smo prijemalo namestili na robota in ga nastavili na naše dimenzije. Na podlagi testiranja je prijemalo ustrezno delovalo.

Secondary title: Design of a robot gripper for cardboard boxes
Secondary abstract: INEL is engaged in the development, production and upgrade of systems for printing, packing, labeling, inspection and verification in pharmaceutical industry. It also responds to growing demands for line automation and introduction of robots into pharmacy. One of Inel's customer ordered automated stacking of cardboard boxes on pallets, therefore the development of the robotic gripper began. At first, it was necessary to study the standard gripper components, make a model and plans for all elements. After that, the production and assembly of all elements was carried out. Finally, the gripper was mounted on the robot and adjusted to the required dimensions. The final tests have confirmed that the gripper is working as planned.
