Abstract

Vsebina diplomskega dela je usmerjena v prehrano med nosečnostjo in dojenjem in je razdeljena na dva dela. V prvem delu je opisana prehrana med nosečnostjo in osnove prehranjevanja nosečnice. Opredeljena je prehrana v času dojenja. Opisane so tudi razvade v času dojenja in škodljivosti teh razvad. V empiričnem delu je predstavljena raziskava, ki smo jo izvedli v Zdravstvenem domu Radlje ob Dravi v dispanzerju za otroke in nosečnice. Z anketnimi vprašanji smo ugotavljali, koliko so ženske osveščene o pomenu zdrave prehrane med nosečnostjo in dojenjem, od kod oziroma kje so dobile prve informacije o dojenju in o pravilni prehrani med dojenjem. Zanimalo nas je tudi ali so nosečnice dobile dovolj informacij o pomembnosti pravilne prehrane med nosečnostjo in dojenjem. Na podlagi analize pridobljenih rezultatov smo ugotovili, da so dobile ženske dovolj informacij o pomenu zdrave prehrane med nosečnostjo in dojenjem in da so največ teh informacije dobile v šoli za starše.

Secondary abstract: Matter of my graduate work is focused on nutrition during pregnancy and lactation and is divided into two parts. The first part describes the diet during pregnancy and pregnancy nutrition basics. It is defined in the diet during lactation. Vices have been described during lactation and harm these vices can cause. The empirical work presented study, we had performed in Zdravstveni dom Radlje ob Dravi in dispensary for children adn pregnant women. With the survey questions we have observed how women are conscious of the importance of a healthy diet during pregnancy and lactation, from where and from who they got the first information on breastfeeding and the correct diet during lactation. We were interested in whether the pregnant women also received sufficient information about the importance of proper nutrition during pregnancy and lactation. Based on an analysis of the results, we found out that women have received enough information on the importance of a healthy diet during pregnancy and lactation and that most of the information were given to parents at parenting school.
