diplomsko delo

    Abstract

V nadaljevanju sledi prikaz ročnega procesa montaže in delna avtomatizacija obstoječega procesa, podkrepljena s časovno analizo posameznih korakov.

The thesis deals with design of collaborative robot application for assembly in automobile industry. The reason for implementation of collaborative robots in industrial environment lies mainly in the optimization of production from an economic point of view, as the same humanization of work. The diploma thesis presents collaborative robot UR5 and its programming, followed by a demonstration of the manual assembly process and partial automation of the existing process, supported by time analysis of individual steps. A meaningful and reasonable division of tasks between the robot and the human achieves effective collaboration, thus reducing the possibility of errors and improving the productivity of the same applications. |
