Abstract

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Razredni učitelj in šolska svetovalna služba s teoretičnega vidika obravnava vlogo razrednih učiteljev, vlogo šolske svetovalne službe v šoli in njuno medsebojno sodelovanje. Teoretični del diplomskega dela tako zajema temeljne pojme in spoznanja izobraževalnega procesa, poučevanja, učitelja, svetovalne službe ter sodelovanje učitelja in svetovalne službe. Namen empiričnega dela v diplomskega dela je raziskati obstoječe sodelovanje med razrednimi učitelji in šolsko svetovalno službo, stališče razrednih učiteljev do šolske svetovalne službe ter pričakovanja razrednih učiteljev do šolske svetovalne službe. Rezultati empirične raziskave kažejo, da sodelovanje med razrednimi učitelji in šolsko svetovalno službo sicer ni pogosto, so pa učitelji v večini z njim zadovoljni. Bolj pozitivno stališče do šolske svetovalne službe imajo učitelji primestnih šol, prve triade in tisti z manj let delovne dobe.

Secondary abstract: Diploma seminar paper with the title Class Teacher and School Counselling Service discusses the role of class teachers and school counselling service as well as their mutual cooperation from the theoretical aspect. Theoretical part of the diploma therefore encompasses basic notions of and findings on the education process, teaching, teacher, counselling service as well as cooperation between the teacher and counselling service. The aim of empirical work in the diploma seminar paper was research of the existing collaboration between class teachers and school counselling service, the attitude of class teachers towards the school counselling service and class teachers' expectations towards the school counselling service. Results of the empirical research indicate that cooperation between class teachers and school counselling service is not frequent, but nevertheless teachers find it satisfactory. Teachers of the suburb schools, teachers of the first cycle and the ones with a shorter employment period have a more positive attitude towards the school counselling service.
