Secondary abstract: | Thesis describes a creation of robot program which function is picking and placing parts with high precision which is enabled by machine vision camera. Robot controller communicates with machine vision camera via programmable logic controller which in addition to camera information relays commands and data that is needed for continuous operation. Thesis describes safety of a robot cell in a great detail with all of safety components. |
