Abstract

Zadovoljstvo je ena od temeljnih človekovih potreb. Večina ljudi dela znotraj neke organizacije in iz tega lahko sklepamo, da sta odnos do dela in način dela odvisna od njihovega zadovoljstva z delom. V diplomskem delu so obravnavane osnove za razumevanje ključnih konceptov in dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo pri delu.
