Financial analysis of the change of construction technology used for the viaduct Dobruša |

The subject of the thesis is the cost analysis of the change in construction technology used for the viaduct Dobruša on the motorway section Vrba - Peračica. In the project for the tender, which was prepared by the investor, the viaduct Dobruša was designed as a continuous beam over five spans with a maximum of 72.5 m in length, constructed using balanced cantilever method. After the technology was changed, the viaduct was designed as a continuous beam over six spans with a maximum of 57.9 m in length, constructed using incremental launching. The thesis describes the contractor's procedure used to modify the technology of the construction according to the contract terms. Our objective is to present the results of the change in construction method, which had a positive impact on the deadline, the progress of the work and the price of the construction. |

Diplomska naloga je stroškovna analiza spremembe tehnologije izvedbe viadukta Dobruša na avtocestnem odseku Vrba - Peračica. Viadukt Dobruša je bil v fazi projekta za razpis, ki ga je izdelal investitor, zasnovan kot kontinuirni nosilec preko petih polj največjega razpona 72,5 m, grajen po sistemu prostokonzolne gradnje. Po spremembi tehnologije je bil viadukt zasnovan kot kontinuirni nosilec preko šestih polj z največjim razponom 57,9 m zgrajen po metodi postopnega narivanja zgornje konstrukcije. Diplomska naloga opisuje postopek izvajalca pri spremembi tehnologije objekta v skladu z pogodbenimi določili. Cilj je prikazati rezultate spremembe tehnologije izvedbe, ki so pozitivno vplivali na rok in potek del ter končno ceno objekta. |
