Abstract

Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu predstavlja predpogoj za učinkovito opravljanje dela in s tem uspešno poslovanje podjetja. Na zadovoljstvo vplivajo različni dejavniki, kot so medosebni odnosi, komunikacija, vodenje, nagrajevanje, izobraževanje, delovne razmere ter delovni čas. Pomemben dejavnik so odnosi med zaposlenimi, ki se kažejo kot sodelovanje ali konflikti. Naloga vodstva podjetja je, da ugotovi morebitno nezadovoljstvo med zaposlenimi ter ga čim prej odpravi. Posledice nezadovoljstva so lahko pojav absentizma, fluktuacija, deviantno vedenje, stavke ter stres pri delu. V empiričnem delu smo opravili anketno raziskavo v hotelu X in z analizo rezultatov ugotovili stopnjo prisotnosti posameznih dejavnikov v medosebnih odnosih med zaposlenimi ter izmerili stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih na delovnem mestu. Ugotovili smo, da so anketiranci najbolje ocenili prisotnost medsebojnega sodelovanja in spoštovanja ter da so na splošno nadpovprečno zadovoljni pri delu.

Secondary title: Impact of interpersonal relations between employees to their satisfaction at work
Secondary abstract: Satisfaction of employees at work is precondition for effective work and successfull bussiness of company. On satisfaction influence differing factors, such as interpersonal relations, communication, leadership, rewarding, training, working conditions and working time. Important factors are interpersonal relations between employees, which we can see as a collaboration or conflict. Management has to find out if there is dissatifaction among employees and eliminate it as soon as possible. Consequences of dissatisfaction among empoyees at work are absenteeism, employee turnover, undesirable behaviour, strikes and stress at work. In the empirical part we present results of survey study in hotel X. With analysis we found out what scores respondents give to particular factors in interpersonal relations and we also measured quotient of their satisfaction at work. We found out that respondents gave the highest scores to cooperation and respect between employees. We also found out that their satisfaction at work is above average.
