Povzetek
Diplomsko delo z naslovom Sodelovanje in komunikacija med starši, vzgojitelji in otroki v času vzgoje in izobraževanja na daljavo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pomen komunikacije ter natančno opisali vlogo komunikacije med starši in vzgojitelji. Nato smo opredelili sodelovanje nasploh in pomen sodelovanja in komuniciranja med starši, vzgojitelji in otroki, opredelili izobraževanje na daljavo ter informacijsko-komunikacijsko tehnologijo. V zaključku smo povezali vidik komunikacije, vezan na sodobno tehnologijo, in opredelili sodelovanje in komunikacijo v času vzgoje in izobraževanja na daljavo. V empiričnem delu smo raziskali sodelovanje in komunikacijo med vzgojitelji, starši in otroki v času, ko sta vzgoja in izobraževanje potekala na daljavo. Zanimalo nas je, katere oblike komuniciranja in sodelovanja s starši uporabljajo vzgojitelji v času epidemije. Hkrati nas je zanimala razlika med sodelovanjem med vzgojitelji in starši v živo ter njihovim sodelovanjem na daljavo. Zanimalo nas je, ali je za vzgojitelje pomembna komunikacija s starši. Raziskati smo želeli, ali se komuniciranje in sodelovanje s starši ter otroki razlikuje glede na delovno mesto. Prav tako smo želeli raziskati, ali imajo strokovni delavci vrtca možnost komuniciranja z otroki na daljavo. Osredotočili smo se tudi na prednosti in slabosti komunikacije in sodelovanja med starši in vzgojitelji na daljavo. Na koncu smo se osredotočili na to, ali so vzgojitelji in pomočniki vzgojiteljev zadovoljni s komuniciranjem in sodelovanjem s starši in otroki v času epidemije.

The thesis entitled Cooperation and Communication between Parents, Preschool Teachers and Children during Distance Learning consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part, we have defined communication and described the importance of communication between parents and preschool teachers. We have defined cooperation in general and stressed the importance of cooperation between parents, preschool teachers and children. We have also defined distance learning and information and communications technology. In conclusion, we have mentioned new communication technologies and discussed cooperation and communication during distance learning and education. In the empirical part of the thesis, we have analyzed cooperation and communication between parents, preschool teachers and children during distance learning. We wanted to find out which communication and cooperation techniques preschool teachers used during the epidemics. We also wanted to find out how the cooperation between teachers and parents during distance learning differs from cooperation in person. We have analyzed whether preschool teachers find communication important, and whether the communication with parents and children differs based on the teacher’s position. We also wanted to find out if kindergarten teachers had the opportunity for online communication with children. We have also emphasized the pros and cons of distance communication and cooperation. In conclusion, we have focused on preschool teachers’ and their assistants’ satisfaction connected to communication and cooperation with parents and children during the epidemics. |
