Povzetek

Diplomsko delo predstavlja organizacijo gradbišča in terminsko planiranje gradnje prizidka vrtca Ciciban Sevnica. V uvodnem delu so opisani problem, namen in cilj diplomskega dela. Sledi splošni del, v katerem so predstavljeni podatki o projektu, seznam udeležencev, rok gradnje in projektna dokumentacija. V glavnem delu diplomske naloge smo proučili pogoje za gradnjo. Obravnavane vsebine so lokacijska informacija, gradbena pogodba, delovna sredstva, gradbena dovoljenja, možnost nabave materiala in organizacija na sami lokaciji gradbišča. Nadaljujemo z obravnavo organizacije gradbišča, kar pomeni opis gradbišča, dimenzioniranje deponij in začasnih objektov, začasnih instalacij in izdelavo sheme organizacije gradbišča. V zaključku diplomskega dela pa predstavimo operativno planiranje s pomočjo kombinacije gantogramske tehnike in mrežne tehnike terminskega planiranja, katerih rezultat je modificirani gantogram in mrežni diagram.

Sekundarni povzetek: The thesis presents the building site organization and the time scheduiling for construction of kindergarten Ciciban extension. The introductory part describes the problem, purpose and aim of the thesis. This is followed by a general part, which presents the project details, the list of participants, the construction period and the project documentation. In the main part of the thesis, the construction conditions were examined. The topics considered are the location information, the construction contract, the working means, the construction permits, the possibility of purchasing materials and the organisation on the construction site itself. Afterwards we continued with the site organisation, which means the description of the site, the dimensioning of the depots and temporary structures, temporary installations and the drawing up of a site organization diagram. In the conclusion of the thesis, we present operational planning using a combination of the gantt chart technique and the grid-based scheduling technique, resulting in a modified gantt chart and grid diagram.
