V praktičnem delu smo izdelali avtorski kamišibaj in tipno slikanico z avtorsko zgodbo, ki smo ju prilagodili slepim in slabovidnim otrokom.

Sekundarni naslov: Kamishibai, adapted for blind and visually impaired children
Sekundarni povzetek: The thesis titled Kamishibai, adapted for blind and visually impaired children comprises a theoretical practical part. The theoretical part presents the human sight with its defects and illnesses, the development and treatment of blind and visually impaired children in upbringing and education, sensory perception of blind and visually impaired children, tactile picture books and tactile techniques, and lastly the concept of kamishibai as well as how it is made and used. For the practical part, an original kamishibai and a tactile picture book with an original story was produced and then adapted for blind and visually impaired children. The decision to analyze and raise awareness about kamishibai arose from the fact that it is still very much an unknown form of storytelling to the Slovene public, particularly the blind and visually impaired. The purpose of the thesis was to produce teaching materials for early literacy in braille as well as training the sight and touch of blind and visually impaired children. The usefulness of both materials was practically tested at the IRIS center (Centre for education, rehabilitation, inclusion and counseling for the blind and partially sighted). Both materials were evaluated based on a structured observation and their suitability was tested according to tactile observation design criteria and graded. This enabled us to determine that both materials successfully incorporated tactile rules and conclude that both the tactile picture book and kamishibai were quality, functional and suitably designed for the blind and visually impaired children. They can be used by the blond and visually impaired to train their sight and touch while kamishibai also offers them a new form of expression and an opportunity to bring together blind and visually impaired children.
