Povzetek
V diplomskem delu z naslovom Gibalni razvoj otrok, starih od 3 do 4 leta, smo v teoretičnem delu predstavili gibalne sposobnosti ter njihov razvoj, gibalni razvoj v 3. in 4. letu starosti, dejavnike gibalnega razvoja in kakšen pomen ima kvaliteten gibalni razvoj v predšolskem obdobju. V empiričnem delu smo opisali motorične teste, ki smo jih uporabili na testiranjih in predstavili rezultate naše raziskave. V okviru diplomskega dela smo spremljali gibalni razvoj otrok, starih od 3 do 4 leta. Raziskovalni vzorec je bil ne slučajnostni iz konkretne populacije otrok. Naš namen je bil raziskati, kakšna je gibalna učinkovitost ter kakšen je gibalni napredek otrok v sedemmesečnem obdobju. Podatke o gibalnem razvoju smo pridobivali s pomočjo testov gibalnih sposobnosti v obdobju od oktobra 2017 do aprila 2018. Ugotovili smo, da so deklice gibalno bolj učinkovite kot dečki, a med njimi ni statistično značilnih razlik. Rezultati testov gibalnih sposobnosti so pokazali, da so v povprečju otroci na finalnem testiranju svoje rezultate izboljšali v primerjavi z inicialnim testiranjem. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov smo razbrali, da so nekateri otroci tudi nazadovali. Tako smo prišli do zaključka, da se otrok mora vsakodnevno gibati, če želi napredovati, drugače se lahko zgodi, da otrok v gibalnih sposobnostih tudi nazaduje.

In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, entitled The motor development of children aged from 3 to 4 years, we presented the motor skills and their development, motor development in the 3rd and 4th year of life, the factors of motor development and the importance of quality motor development in the pre-school age. In empirical part, we described the motor ability tests that were used in the tests and presented the results of our research. Within the diploma thesis, we monitored the motor development of children aged from 3 to 4 years. A random sample was based on a particular population of children. Our intention was to investigate the movement efficiency and children's movement progression in the seven-month period. We obtained the data with help of the motor development tests in the period from October 2017 to April 2018. We established that girls' movement efficiency is better than boys' but there are no statistically significant differences between them. The results of the motor skills tests showed that on average the children improved their results in the final test compared to the initial testing. On the basis of the results obtained, we found that some children also regressed. Therefore, we have come to the conclusion that a child has to move on a daily basis if he/she wants to progress, otherwise the child may also experience a decrease in his motor skills. |
