Predstavljeni so podatki mednarodnega projekta Digitalna življenja otrok v času korone (KiDiCoTi): Primerjalna raziskava o digitalnih praksah, varnosti in dobrobiti otrok. Otroci so v tem času postali bolj vešči z digitalnimi napravami in se v okviru šolskih obveznosti naučili uporabljati različna orodja, aplikacije in platforme.

Sekundarni naslov: The use of digital technologies amongst children during the first wave of Covid-19 pandeminc in Slovenia
Sekundarni povzetek: The aim of this thesis is to fully understand, how children perceived the changes brought by the corona virus and thus distance learning. Based on previous research, the paper presents the use of digital technologies amongst children, with an emphasis on the level of knowledge and competencies of children in the first three grades of primary school. The data from the international project "Kids' Digital lives in COVID-19 Times" (KiDiCoTi) were also presented: Basic research on digital practices, safety and well-being of children. Data from five qualitative interviews conducted with Slovenian children and their parents are analyzed in more detail. The analysis showed that the experience of learning from home proved to be interesting and instructive, despite many ethical dilemmas. During this time, the children became more adept with digital devices and learned to use a variety of tools, applications, and platforms as part of their school obligations. Many communication tools were also often used, all the way from Viber to Zoom, both for educational and private purposes. In free time, however, playing games predominates, accompanied by parental intervention, such as time limiting the childrens usage of digital devices.
