Povzetek

Osnovni namen magistrskega dela je analizirati pedagoško ponudbo slovenskih muzejev in arhivov, ki jo nudijo šolskim skupinam, s posebnim poudarkom na dveh ustanovah - Pokrajinskem muzeju Ptuj-Ormož in Zgodovinskem arhivu Ptuj. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili muzej in arhiv kot ustanovi, sodelovanje šol z muzeji in arhivi, medpredmetno povezovanje kot način pedagoškega dela v muzeju in arhivu, oblike, metode in učne pripomočke za vzgojno-izobraževalno delo v muzeju in arhivu ter opravili pregled obstoječih vsebin za učence v izbranih slovenskih muzejih in arhivih. V empiričnem delu smo se posvetili dvema izbranima ustanovama, in sicer Pokrajinskemu muzeju Ptuj-Ormož in Zgodovinskemu arhivu Ptuj. Na primeru izbranih ustanov smo opravili podrobnejši pregled pedagoških vsebin. Ugotovili smo, da obe ustanovi sodelujeta z okoliškimi osnovnimi in srednjimi šolami, jim nudita različne pedagoške programe, učne ure, vodenja po razstavah ipd. Šole se za obisk pogosto odločajo in na tak način popestrijo in poglobijo pouk. Na podlagi pregleda ponujenih učnih vsebin smo nato za vsako ustanovo pripravili po dve pedagoški delavnici v obliki učnih priprav s prilogami (npr. učni list). Eno od delavnic, pripravljeno za muzej, smo z dijaki tudi izvedli v praksi in tako opravili pedagoški eksperiment, s katerim smo med drugim ugotavljali odnos dijakov do pouka v ustanovah. Ugotovili smo, da večini dijakov drugačen način dela, ki ga nudijo ustanove, kot sta muzej in arhiv, odgovarja, na tak način si učno snov lažje in bolje zapomnijo, menjava okolja pozitivno vpliva na njihovo motivacijo. Kljub temu se moramo zavedati, da je nekaterim dijakom bližji klasični način pouka v učilnici.

Sekundarni povzetek: The main purpose of this Master's thesis is to analyze the pedagogical offer of Slovenian museums and archives that is available to school groups, with a special emphasis on two establishments; the Regional Museum Ptuj-Ormož and the Ptuj Historical Archive. In the theoretical section of the thesis, we presented the museum and archive as institutions, we discussed the cooperation of schools with museums and archives, interdisciplinary cooperation as a form of pedagogical work in the museum and archive as well as forms, methods and teaching aids for educational work within museums and archives while also reviewing the existing content intended for students in the selected museums and archives. In the empirical part, we focused on the two selected institutions, namely the Regional Museum Ptuj-Ormož and the Ptuj Historical Archive. We conducted a more detailed review of pedagogical content in the two selected institutions. We found that both establishments cooperate with surrounding primary and secondary schools, offering them a variety of pedagogical programs, lessons, guided tours of exhibitions, etc. Schools often decide to visit, helping them diversify the lessons and dive deeper into topics. Based on the review of the offered educational contents, we then prepared two pedagogical workshops for each of the two institutions in the form of lesson plans with appendices (work sheets). One of the workshops, prepared for the museum, was carried out in practice with students, allowing us to carry out a pedagogical experiment during which we were able to evaluate the attitude of the students toward learning in institutions. We found that most students respond differently to the way the pedagogical process is carried out in institutions such as museums and archives. The change of environment allows for a more relaxed way of learning which helps raise the students' levels of motivation, resulting in positive attitudes of the students towards the learning process. Nonetheless, it is important to be aware of some students' preference of the classic way of learning in the classroom.
