Povzetek

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili zdravo prehrano otrok in pomen le-te, načela zdravega prehranjevanja, vlogo medicinske sestre pri vzgoji šolskih otrok o zdravih prehranjevalnih navadah ter pomen organizirane prehrane v osnovni šoli. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti prehranjevalne navade otrok Dvojezične osnovne šole Dobrovnik, njihovo zadovoljstvo s prehrano v šoli in uresničevanje smernic za prehranjevanje. Opravili smo tudi primerjavo s prehranjevalnimi navadami otrok v osnovni šoli na Madžarskem in njihovo zadovoljstvo s prehrano v šoli. Raziskovalna metodologija. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela, kot raziskovalni instrument pa anketni vprašalnik in delno strukturiran intervju. Rezultate smo ponazorili s pomočjo grafov. Rezultati. Rezultati raziskave kažejo na to, da so prehranjevalne navade učencev Dvojezične osnovne šole Dobrovnik dobre, saj uživajo veliko sadja in zelenjave, mleka in mlečnih izdelkov, žita in žitnih izdelkov, pijejo vodo, prav tako so anketirani učenci zadovoljni s šolsko prehrano. Ugotavljamo pa, da pojejo preveč slaščic, popijejo preveč sladkanih pijač in da pred odhodom v šolo redno zajtrkuje le dobra tretjina učencev. Prehranjevalne navade anketiranih učencev osnovne šole na Madžarskem ter njihovo zadovoljstvo s prehrano v šoli se bistveno ne razlikujejo. Sklep. Ugotavljamo, da organizirana prehrana v osnovni šoli vpliva na oblikovanje zdravih prehranjevalnih navad in zdrav način življenja otrok, saj jim omogoča uživanje zdravih obrokov. Učenci Dvojezične osnovne šole Dobrovnik zaužijejo priporočene količine sadja in zelenjave, mleka in mlečnih izdelkov, žita in žitnih izdelkov ter mesa. S šolsko prehrano so zadovoljni. Ocenjujemo, da na šoli upoštevajo smernice za prehranjevanje v vzgojno-izobraževalnih zavodih, da v sklopu ponudbe šolske prehrane omogočajo uživanje zdravih obrokov vsem učencem ter vzgajajo in izobražujejo vse učence na področju prehrane in zdravega prehranjevanja.

Sekundarni povzetek: In diploma we presented healthy nutrition of children and the importance of it, the principles of healthy eating, the role of nurses in the education of school children about healthy eating habits and the importance of organized nutrition in elementary school. The purpose of this study was to determine the nutrition habits of children in Bilingual Elementary School Dobrovnik, their satisfaction with school nutrition and exercise guidelines for eating. We also compared the eating habits of children in a primary school in Hungary and their satisfaction with the food at school. Research methodology. For this study we have used a descriptive method of work, and as a research tool we have used a partially structured questionnaire. The results are illustrated with the help of graphs. Results. The research results show that the eating habits of students of Bilingual Elementary School Dobrovnik are good, since they consume a lot of fruit and vegetables, milk and milk products, cereals and cereal products, drinking water, and the interviewed students are also satisfied with school meals. We noted, however, that they eat too many sweets, drink too many sugary drinks and before going to school, only about a third of students eat breakfast regularly. The eating habits of elementary school students surveyed in Hungary and their satisfaction with the school meals do not differ significantly. Conclusion. We find that organized meals in elementary school influence the formation of healthy eating habits and healthy lifestyles among children, enabling them to eat healthy meals. Students of Bilingual Elementary School Dobrovnik consume the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products, cereals and cereal products, meat. They are satisfied with school meals. We estimate that on account of the guidelines for school meals in educational institutions, as part of school meals offers healthy meals to benefit all students and raise and educate all students in the field of nutrition and healthy eating.
