Sekundarni povzetek: In the past few years there was a significant rise of network multiplayer games, which makes network computer games a very interesting market. But there are also some issues we have to solve when developing a multiplayer game. The purpose of this thesis is to present how to make a network multiplayer computer game, present the issues we face when developing them and review the solutions to the issues. After reviewing the development process and the history of multiplayer systems we focus on the different architectures of network multiplayer systems. We point out some dangers the user faces when using a multiplayer network system and make a detailed review of the problem of packet delay and solutions to this problem. We can use existing libraries when implementing the network subsystem of the game. To demonstrate the network subsystem we made simple game using free network library ENet.
