Povzetek
V magistrski nalogi smo želeli raziskati, kakšna je motiviranost učencev pri igranju diatonične harmonike v nekoncesijskih glasbenih šolah. Zanimalo nas je, kako učenci razmišljajo in doživljajo motivacijo, in hkrati ugotoviti, kako posamezni dejavniki vplivajo na njihovo motiviranost za obiskovanje in vadbo diatonične harmonike. Z desetimi učenci, ki prihajajo iz treh nekoncesijskih glasbenih šol iz Osrednje Slovenije, Podravske regije in Jugovzhodne Slovenije, smo izvedli kvalitativno raziskavo, temelječo na polstrukturiranem intervjuju. Prišli smo do ugotovitev, da učenci kažejo visoko stopnjo motiviranosti za obiskovanje in vadbo diatonične harmonike, izražajo pozitiven odnos do inštrumenta, se dobro razumejo s svojimi učitelji, slednji pa zanje predstavljajo zelo pomemben motivacijski dejavnik. Na njihovo motivacijo za igranje diatonične harmonike pozitivno vplivajo tudi njihovi starši, ki jih vselej spodbujajo. Nekatere učence vrstniki podpirajo, spet druge nekoliko manj ali pa jih ne, pri tem učenci menijo, da podpora vrstnikov neposredno ne vpliva na njihovo motivacijo. Veselje, voljo in motivacijo za igranje diatonične harmonike večini sodelujočim zmanjšuje predvsem pomanjkanje časa zaradi šolskih obveznosti. Učence spodbujajo nastopi tako v okviru glasbene šole kot tudi izven nje, prav tako pa jih za obiskovanje pouka in vadbo diatonične harmonike motivira tudi njim prilagojen učni program, ki temelji na njihovih željah in interesih. Spodbudni vpliv učencem predstavljajo tudi njihovi lastni cilji, povezani z igranjem diatonične harmonike v prihodnje, med katerimi prevladuje igranje v ansamblu oziroma glasbeni skupini.

Motivation of students for playing the diatonic accordion in non-concessionary music schools |

In the master's thesis, we wanted to explore the motivation of students playing the diatonic accordion in non-concessionary music schools. We were interested in what students think about and how they experience motivation. Furthermore, we wanted to explore how various factors influence their motivation for music lessons and practice. A qualitative study based on semi-structured interviews was conducted with 10 students from 3 different non-concessionary music schools from Central Slovenia, the Drava Region and Southeastern Slovenia. The results show that the students express high motivation for lessons and practice of diatonic accordion. In addition, they show a positive attitude toward the instrument and get along with their teachers which is an important motivational factor as well. Additionally, constant encouragement from their parents also positively influences their motivation to play. While some students receive support from their peers, they believe peer support does not directly affect their motivation. For most participants, the main reason for decreased joy, will, and motivation to play the diatonic accordion is a lack of time due to school obligations. On the other hand, the students are encouraged by performances, either within or outside the music school and by personalized curriculum based on their wishes and interests. Students' personal goals related to playing the diatonic accordion have a positive effect on their motivation as well, with the most common goal being to be a part of an ensemble or a music group. |
