Children, five to six year-old learn about textile |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Textile is a material that accompanies a child from the birth on. Diapers, clothes, soft toys, books are made from it. As a child grows up, he or she comes across cloths at creating in different activities in a kindergarten.
In the theoretical part of the BA thesis I have presented the development of textile, its division into fabrics, general characteristics of fabrics and its maintenance. I have described development characteristics of children aged from 5 to 6.
The practical part contains a questionnaire by which I have tried to establish if the children are acquaintance with textile and a sewing kit used in working by fabrics.
Together we have reached an agreement on which activities should be carried out in the group. The devised activities enabled them to develop additional skills. At the end I have carried out a questionnaire. The results proved that they have improved their skills and knowledge.
Children were very curious, hardworking, creative and resourceful. By working with textile and using a sewing kit they have developed their relationship towards technology, organization, accuracy and order. They have improved skills in cooperation and solving problems. The valued the things they had made and used while playing. Throughout these activities they have gained knowledge and skills. In my opinion children should be offered as many activities as possible that enable them to solve problems by themselves. This broadens their horizon. |

V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge sem predstavila razvoj tekstilij, razdelitev tekstilnih vlaken, splošne značilnosti vlaken, plemenitenje, vzdrževanje in nego tekstilij.
V praktičnem delu diplomske naloge sem z vprašalnikom naredila poizvedbo, kakšno znanje imajo otroci o blagu in orodju za delo z njim. Dobljene rezultate sem skrbno pregledala in ugotovila dejansko stanje glede poznavanja blaga in orodij.
Otroci so bili zelo radovedni, delavni, ustvarjalni in iznajdljivi.
