Sekundarni povzetek: In this diploma thesis, we analysed adequate information to find the most suitable land use in the process of spatial planning. The model, used to determine the most economically suitable land use, was based on direct and indirect costs and expected benefits associated with the planned use. The input data to the model had to be as accurate as possible to provide quality results. To determine the highest and best use more accurately, we would need the results of some analysis in form of adequate information to determine the impact of individual elements in the process of determinating the highest and the best use. Those can be in the form of assessed contributions to the value of the size of building, size of the land, age of the building and others.

Povzetek (ePrints): Namen diplomske naloge je analiza informacijskih podlag za določanje najboljše rabe v postopku prostorskega načrtovanja. V diplomski nalogi je bil uporabljen model določanja najboljše rabe zemljišča na osnovi načela gospodarnosti, ki upošteva posredne in neposredne stroške in koristi povezane z načrtovano rabo. Pogoj za določanje najboljše rabe so kvalitetni podatki in informacijske podlage. Ugotovili smo, da bi za lažje določanje najboljše rabe poleg obstoječih baz podatkov potrebovali še rezultate nekaterih analiz v obliki informacijskih podlag za določanje vplivov posameznih elementov v oceni najboljše rabe zemljišč. Lahko v obliki ocenjenih prispevkov k vrednosti zaradi različne površine stavb, zemljišča, starosti stavb in podobno.
