Povzetek

Teoretična izhodišča: Arterijska hipertenzija je bolezen sodobnega časa in je pomemben socialno-medicinski problem. Je najpomembnejši dejavnik tveganja za nastanek srčno-žilnih bolezni. Bolezen z leti narašča, vendar tudi med mladimi ta bolezen ni neznanka. Pomemben del zdravljenja predstavlja tudi način življenja pacientov, saj lahko že s spremembo življenjskega sloga pripomorejo k zmanjšanju te bolezni. Namen: Predstaviti arterijsko hipertenzijo in zdravstveno-vzgojno delo medicinske sestre pri pacientih z arterijsko hipertenzijo ter z raziskavo ugotoviti način življenja pacientov z arterijsko hipertenzijo. Metode: V diplomskem delu smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. Teoretična izhodišča smo predstavili s pomočjo analize strokovne literature. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki je vseboval vprašanja zaprtega tipa. Rezultati in diskusije: Predstavljeni so rezultati raziskave na temo življenje pacientov z arterijsko hipertenzijo. Raziskavo smo opravili v Zdravstveni postaji Šoštanj pri zdravniku družinske medicine. Vključeno je bilo 50 pacientov z arterijsko hipertenzijo, ki so v tistem času prišli k osebnemu zdravniku. Z anketo smo želeli ugotoviti, ali ima večina pacientov z arterijsko hipertenzijo kakšno spremljajočo bolezen, ki je vzrok ali posledica arterijske hipertenzije in ali ima večina pacientov povišano telesno maso. Raziskava je pokazala, da ima 70 % vseh anketiranih spremljajoče bolezni, ki so vzrok ali posledica arterijske hipertenzije. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da ima kar 76 % anketiranih previsoko telesno maso.

Sekundarni povzetek: Theoretical background: Arterial hypertension is a disease of modern times and is a major socio-medical problem. It is the most important risk factor for cardio-vascular disease. Disease increases with age, but it is also known and present among young people. An important part of treatment is a way of life of patients, since they can with change of their lifestyle help to alleviate the disease. Purpose was to present arterial hypertension and health-educational work of nurses with patients who has arterial hypertension and to determine with a survey a way of life of patients with arterial hypertension. Methods: In the thesis, we used the descriptive method of work. We have presented theoretical frameworks through analysis of literature. For data collection we used the questionnaire which contained closed questions. Results and discussion: Presented are the results of research on the topic of life of patients with arterial hypertension. The research was conducted in the medical station Šoštanj, at a doctor of family medicine. Included were 50 patients with arterial hypertension who at the time, came to the personal doctor. The survey was to determine whether the majority of patients with arterial hypertension were accompanied by any condition which is cause or consequence of arterial hypertension and whether the majority of patients increased body weight. The survey showed that 70 % of all respondents have accompanying diseases that are the cause or consequence of arterial hypertension. We have also found that as many as 76 % of respondents were over-weight.
