Povzetek
Trgovina na drobno se je v zadnjih letih razširila in opravlja že skozi vso zgodovino funkcijo menjave med proizvajalci, ponudniki in končnimi potrošniki.
Podjetja morajo zaradi hitrega napredka slediti trendom ter ugoditi zahtevam potrošnikov. V ta namen je veliko podjetij uvedlo spletno trgovino z dobrim imenom, ki jo promovira, vzdržuje in zagotavlja varnost kupcem. Obiskovalci bodo zadovoljni s spletno stranjo in jo bodo ponovno obiskali, če bo privlačna ter kakovostna.
Obravnavana tema je aktualna in ponuja odprte možnosti, kar je moj glavni razlog za izbiro te teme.
V diplomskem seminarju je predstavljena trgovino na drobno, elektronsko poslovanje in spletno trgovino. Podrobneje so opisane organizacijske strukture trgovine na drobno in prednosti ter slabosti elektronskega poslovanja in spletne trgovine. Navedla sem tudi pomembne elemente za uspešno spletno stran ter kako pomemben je način plačevanja v spletni trgovini.
V praktičnem delu sem se osredotočila na analizo spletne strani trgovine Mercator d.d.. Predstavila sem skupino Mercator skozi njeno celotno zgodovino. Ker je skupina Mercator imela v zadnjih letih kart nekaj vzponov in padcev je bilo na voljo veliko zanimivih in relevantnih informacij. Ko sem se osredotočila na analizo spletne strani sem ugotovila, da je spletna stran trgovine Mercator zelo obsežna in kreativna. Izpostavila sem ključne elemente, pomembne za uspešno spletno stran, ter na podlagi le teh spletno stran tudi opisala. Prišla sem do zaključka, da je spletna stran res dobro narejena, je kreativna in barvno usklajena ter upošteva vse dejavnike, ki so pomembni za uspešnost spletne trgovine.

Retail expanded a lot in the last few years and through a history had a function of exchanging goods between manufacturers, providers and consumers.
Because of the fast progress, companies need to follow different trends and fulfill demands of consumers. For this reason a lot of companies decided to introduce online stores that are advertised, sustained and ensure security to the customers. Customers will be satisfied with the website, and will want to visit it again only if it is attractive and with quality.
Chosen topic is interesting and offers open possibilities, which is my main reason for picking it.
In the following thesis, retail, electronic business and online store is presented. Organizational structures of retail, along with advantages and disadvantages of electronic business and online stores will be described more in detail. I also pointed out factors important for successful website and the importance of payment methods in online store.
In the practical part I focused on analysis of Mercator d.d. online store website. I presented company of Mercator through the history. Since they had some highs and lows in the last few years, a lot of interesting and relevant information were available. While analyzing their website, I came to the conclusion that the online store of Mercator is very broad and creative. I pointed out key elements needed for successful website, and described their website based on those elements.
Finally, I think their website is well done, creative, colors match and it takes into account all the factors needed for success of an online store. |
