Abstract
Diplomsko delo vključuje načrtovanje prodaje in oblikovanje prodajnega načrta. V prvem delu je na podlagi literature opredeljena prodaja s posebnim poudarkom na posameznih korakih načrtovanja prodaje in vsebini prodajnega načrta. Teoretično-analitični del diplomskega dela vključuje opredelitev analize obsega prodaje, analize stroškov in dobičkonosnosti, analizo prodajnega osebja, prodajnih cen, plačil in analizo zadovoljstva kupcev. V praktičnem delu je najprej predstavljeno izbrano podjetje ter izdelek, ki je kasneje predmet načrtovanja prodaje in oblikovanje prodajnega načrta. Načrtovanje prodaje je podrobno opisano po korakih ter rezultat načrtovanja prodaje natančno opredeljen prodajni načrt.

The thesis covers the planning of sales and the development of a sales plan. In the first section, the sale is defined based on literature and with a specific focus on individual stages of planning the sale and the content of the sales plan. The theoretical-analytical part of the thesis covers the definition of sales volume analysis, cost and profitability analysis, sales personnel analysis, sales prices, payments, and analysis of buyers’ satisfaction. In the practical part of the thesis, first, the selected company and the product are presented. Later, they are the object of the planning of the sale and the design of the sales plan. The sales plan is described in detail step by step and the result of the planning of the sale is a precisely defined sales plan. |
