Povzetek
Policija je del javne uprave v Republiki Sloveniji, ki skrbi za varnost in premoženje državljanov. Zaposleni v tej organizaciji se pri svojem delu srečujejo z različnimi usposabljanji, ki so potrebna za učinkovito opravljanje njihovega zahtevnega in raznolikega dela. Pri tem pa se samo po sebi postavlja vprašanje ali so za tovrstna usposabljanja dovolj motivirani. Cilj vsake organizacije je imeti zadovoljne in visoko motivirane zaposlene. Da pa bi organizacija dosegla ta cilj, mora najprej preučiti dejansko stanje, s pomočjo teorij zadovoljstva in motivacije prepoznati dejavnike za povečanje zadovoljstva in dvig motivacije ter jih prenesti v prakso.
Z diplomskim delom smo želeli na osnovi analize obstoječega stanja predlagati možne rešitve za dvig zadovoljstva in povečanje motivacije policistov za usposabljanja.

The police is part of public administration in the Republic of Slovenia, responsible for the security and property of citizens. The employees in this organization encounter different sorts of training, which is necessary for the effective performance of their demanding and varied work.
However, all this raises the question whether the employees are motivated enough for this sort of training.
Every organization endeavours to have satisfied and highly motivated people among them. But, in order to achieve this goal, an organization needs to examine the current situation, which makes it possible then to identify the factors, contributing to the improvement of satisfaction as well as motivation. Finally, it is just as important then to put the theory into practice.
The thesis, based on the analysis of the current situation, proposes possible solutions for raising the level of satisfaction and improving motivation for training. |
