diplomsko delo

V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave.

Sekundarni naslov: The impact of running exercises on the endurance of preschool children
Sekundarni povzetek: This diploma thesis aims to establish whether regular guided running exercises have a positive impact on the endurance development in preschool children, and it also seeks to examine the difference in endurance between children who were provided with regular organised running exercises at the time of the experiment and those children who were not provided with such guided physical activity. The theoretical part outlines endurance and different factors affecting endurance, types of endurance, various endurance development methods, and the exercises that stimulate endurance development in preschool children. In addition, running is presented in detail as well as running exercises in the preschool period. The empirical part gives an overview of the survey results. A non-random research sample from the specific population was used in the research. There were 65 children aged four to six included in the research. At the beginning and at the end of the experiment, testing was performed in children by means of four motor skill tests. Between the first and the second testing, some running activities were performed with children of the experimental group. On the basis of the results obtained and by using the dependent sample t-test it was determined that children who were provided with organised running exercises at the time of the experiment improved their results in all tests. Based on that it was established that guided running exercises have a positive impact on the endurance development in preschool children.
