Povzetek
POVZETEK
Vsebina specialističnega dela je usmerjena v zdravo prehrano, v prehrano med nosečnostjo in osnovami prehranjevanja nosečnic. Opisana je zdrava prehrana ter razvade v prehranjevanju in njihova škodljivost v času nosečnosti ter vloga kliničnega dietetika pri svetovanju o prehrani v času nosečnosti.
Metodologija raziskovanja. Raziskavo smo izvedli na Oddelku za perinatologijo. Ugotavljali smo prehranjevalne navade hospitaliziranih nosečnic, njihovo poznavanje zdrave prehrane ter njihove želje oz. predloge v zvezi z bolnišničnim jedilnikom. Uporabili smo kvantitativno metodologijo raziskovanja, kot instrument raziskave pa nam je služil anketni vprašalnik.
Rezultati. Rezultate ankete smo prikazali z grafi ter jih interpretirali. Ugotovili smo, da so nosečnice osveščene ter večinoma skrbijo za zdrav slog življenja ter se zavedajo kakšne posledice lahko prinese nezdravo prehranjevanje, velikokrat pa se jim še vseeno porajajo nova vprašanja glede prehranjevanja v času nosečnosti. Ugotovili smo tudi, da so s prehrano na oddelku zadovoljne, nekatere pa so podale tudi predloge za jedilnike.
Sklep. Že pred zanositvijo je pomembno, da bodoča mati uživa polnovredno, visoko kvalitetno prehrano, z dovolj vitamini in minerali. Klinični dietetik je tisti, ki naj bi s svojim znanjem s področja prehrane, socialne medicine in dieto terapije, vplival in pomagal oblikovati pravilen in zdrav odnos do prehrane nosečnic.

The content of the work focuses on healthy nutrition, nutrition during pregnancy and the general nutrition habits of expactant mothers. We described healthy nutrition as well as bad nutrition habits, their harmfulness during pregnancy and the role of clinical dietitian in advising the nutrition in the time of pregnancy.
Research methods. The research was performed at the Department of Perinatology. We wanted to find out the nutrition habit of hospitalized expectant mothers, their knowledge of healthy nutrition and their wishes and suggestions regarding the hospital menu. A questionnaire was used in the quantitative research method.
Results. The results of the questionnaire were presented in the charts and interpreted. We found out that the expectant mothers are well aware of healthy lifestyle and mostly take good care of it. They are consious of the consequences of unhealthy nutrition and frequently ask new questions regarding nutrition in the time of pregnancy. We also found out that some of the expectant mothers are satisfied with the food at the department, and some suggest changing the menu.
Comclusion. Even before the pregnancy, it is important for the expectant mother to consume high quality foodstuffs which are highly nutritious and rich with vitamins and minerals. Clinical dietitian should, with their knowledge in the field of nutrition, social medicine and diet therapy, influence and help forming the right and healty attitude towards expectant mothers' nutrition. |
